For a one one-to-one Fit For Retirement Personal Training session either at your home or any other convenient location are:

Single session £40.00 
Six sessions £220.00
Twelve sessions £420.00

All bookings are payable in advance and non-refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: You can pay in cash,
cheque or bank account transfer.

CANCELLATION: Any session cancelled or rearranged at less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
